Korean American  Family Service Center

Established in 1989 in response to the needs in the growing Korean immigrant community in New York City, the Korean American Family Service Center (KAFSC) has evolved over the past thirty-two years to become a primary dual agency that addresses domestic violence and sexual assault victims from a combined prevention and intervention perspective that remains sensitive to our cultural setting.

The Korean American Family Service Center would not be able to carry out the work we do without the assistance of our many dedicated and generous volunteers. Each year alone, our volunteers make a difference in the lives of women and children in our community.
